I actually have this single (the vinyl). But I can't digitize it until I replace my dead turntable. Might you still have this one on harddrive somewhere? Link has expired. Thanks (again!). HAIL JAG PANZER. Such a shame they broke up - their last album was GRRRRRREAT! Amazing the gifted guitarists they've always had in their ranks.

thank you Achilles, again I'm in your debt.

It feels strange indeed, thinking no new JP album will ever come to be. Damn, I took them for granted. I can't say enough great things about Scourge of the Light. At least they ended on a high note.

True, when i first heard their new album i said...wow...a new fresh beginning of the band. Then i heard the "broke up" and i felt a lot of surprised. Why?

it appears that the Christian's heart wasn't into metal much anymore and he really wanted to go back to what he was doing before - teaching and jazz stuff and whatever. I get the feeling he recorded Scourge with JP to help out his old friends (of course he was in the band before at Chain of Command time) but didn't want to become part of a touring metal band. After again losing the services of an amazing guitarist - Tafolla first, then Christian the first time, then Broderick, then Christian again - I think Mark Briody and the guys finally had enough. After all, they've been doing this since early 80s. And now even Tyrant is messing around in Satan's Host. So yeah, I can understand. But it's too bad. Scourge rules!
