Guardian Angel was a band from Athens,Greece that formed in the late 80's.
In 1990 they released this demo and received nice reviews from the underground metal scene.They continued and they released the single 'Beyond the Twilight' which I can't find anywhere and I'm on the hunt for it...!!!
At about 1997 the band makes a musical turn from the heavy/power sound to a more progressive one and released the EP 'Oblivion Seas'.Two years later and after one more demo the band disbanded.

Athens based speed orientated Heavy Metal band GUARDIAN ANGEL first made an impression with the October 1990 demo tape 'Travelling On The Wings Of Eternity'. Guitar player Panayiotis Diakoyiannis has ties to FRACTAL VEIL. Frontman Nikos Roussakis and drummer Manos Matsos hold credits with BLOOD COVERED.A single, 'Beyond The Twilight', was released in 1994.
GUARDIAN ANGEL released their debut album, 'Oblivion Seas', through Metal Mad Music in 1997. A self-titled demo followed in 1999.
Both bass player Alexandros Stavrakas and Manos Matsos joined KARMIC LINK.
