Has anyone else written so many great songs over such a long time period, from hard-rock to speed-metal? Mark Reale was one of the greatest songwriters in history since McCartney/Lennon! Think of from "Warrior" to "Swords and Tequila" to "Outlaw" to "You Burn in Me" to "Thundersteel" to "Dance of Death" to "Riot" and i could name just hundreds of songs of course, I just pick a very few. A best-of-RIOT cd would have to be three of four CDs thick. HAIL to Mark Reale! I was fortunate enough to see the man perform live, unfortunately just once (shame shame on me) but I'll never forget it. And i've enjoyed his songs for decades and my kids will enjoy them - Mark's songs will never die! ALL HAIL!

Also saw Riot one time Live here in Greece. It was a gig with 3 bands (Stigmata - Riot - Virgin Steele) in Rodon Club. I came here especially for VS (Headliners), but at the end of the show, all people talked about Riot and how great they played. I remember especially in "Thundersteel" song, all the people singing ALL of the lyrics together with the Singer, i personally screamed my lungs out LOL. We were singing to much loud, that Riot's frontman coundent focus to the song, and sometimes he stopped singing and let the crowd sing! I will never forget that!
