This is essentially a live EP and a studio EP put together. The first five tracks are live tracks from a show done in support of the debut album. The last five tracks are new studio recordings. Tracks 6-9 are part of the ongoing Iron Saviour story and tell of the happenings between the second and third albums (Unification and Dark Assault, respectively)
